She was only 10 years when she became a face known to moviegoers around the world. Tami Stronach made such a strong impression as the Childlike Empress in the 1984 fantasy "The NeverEnding Story" her role is still remembered some 3 decades later.  Stronach joins Ty Ray on this edition of Beats and Eats to discuss why she decided to walk away from acting after making a huge splash in the summer box-office hit.  Stronach talks about returning to the big screen in the indie film "Ultra Low" due out later this year.  In addition, Tami has a new family album out called Beanstalk Jack that can be found at www.papercanoecompany.com. On this edition of Beats and Eats, Jersey Shore alum Vinny Guadagnino drops by the virtual lounge to talk to Ty and Nick about his "hit" show "Vinny and Ma Eat America." In The Cooking Channel series, Vinny takes his Sicilian mother, Paola on the road where she tries unique cuisines from different cities for the very first time. Guadagnino opens up about life traveling with his mother as well as their relationship. The trio also chats about Vinny's life as a reality tv star and the challenges of being labeled a "reality tv star."  The three also get in some talk about one of Vinny's other passions-The New York Knicks.  It's a fun episode of Beats and Eats with a star from one of the biggest reality tv shows of all-time.

The virtual lounge is open and Ty and Nick are talking movies on this edition of Beats and Eats.  On this edition, the duo welcome film director G.J. Echterncamp to the show.  G.J.'s latest film, Death Race 2050 is streaming on Netflix.  Death Race 2050, is a take off on the 1975 Roger Corman film Death Race 2000.  both movies are political satire action films.   The three discuss the challenges of making a the new movie on a limited budget.  G.J. also explains the roundabout way he went from directing a serious and critically acclaimed movie about his parents called Frank and Cindy to directing a b action film.  Ty and Nick then conclude the episode by looking ahead to Queen's summer tour with Adam Lambert.
